I graduated Vatel Montenegro in November 2019 and I am currently pursuing MBA in International Hospitality and Management. I am also doing my internship at Vatel, where I have got the opportunity to work with new generations of Vateliens and take part in certain projects.
As a Vatelien, the most important thing I have learned during my BsC studies is that “practice makes it perfect”. Nothing can be learnt without doing it and this is why I am grateful for the experience from Vatel, where I have gained not only knowledge but many skills and competences as well.
Hospitality industry is rapidly growing and changing, so the fluctuation is always present. Therefore, one of the greatest challenges one could face in Hospitality is recruiting the right people for their company. Since I have mostly been interested in HR Management during my studies, my plan for the future is to evolve in this field of Hospitality industry, become a great leader and try to create outstanding team.
I would highly recommend Vatel to anyone who is willing and ready to become a professional in Hospitality Management and create good connections with successful people from all around the world.
