After her final internship in the finance department Palace Plaza Athenee Hotel, Julie Roué began her career in the Sofitel restaurant in London and then as the Banquets Coordinator for Lola Events.
When she returned to Paris, she was hired in a completely different department: in Human Resources in the 5* Banke Hotel.
